On December 14, 2023, the Science and Technology Innovation Platform Projects of Fuzhou，Research on Production Process and Demonstration Application of Mixed Solid-Liquid Fermented Tea Wine (2021-P-053)，and Development and Industrialization of Oatmeal Dietary Fiber-rich Hamburger (2021-P-054) were held in the Lecture Hall of Library in Fujian Polytechnic Normal University. The acceptance meeting was held by the School of Food and Bioengineering of FPNU. The project numbered 2021-P-053 was undertaken by Fujian Jundong Investment Co., Ltd. and taken charge by Wang Haili, a teacher of the R&D Center, and the other numbered 2021-P-054 by Jingu Foods (Fuzhou) Co. and Professor Xiang Leiwen, Director of the R&D Center. Participating leaders are Zheng Ronghuo, Director of Achievement Transformation and Basic Research Department of Fuzhou Science and Technology Bureau, Wu Lanruo of Achievement Transformation and Basic Research Department of Fuzhou Science and Technology Bureau, Zhuang Cheng of Fuzhou Technology Market Co., Ltd. and experts include Associate Professor Huang Zhiwei of School of Food Science of Fujian University of Agriculture and Forestry, Qiu Hongduan, teacher of Fuzhou University, Lu Meihua, Senior Accountant of Jinji Mountain Hot Spring Sanatorium of Fujian Province, Fang Ronghui, Senior Engineer of Zhicheng College of Fuzhou University. The participants also included the main members of the project team and some teachers from the R&D Center.
The expert group paid careful attention to the project team's report on the project and the main results achieved, checked and scored against the declaration materials one by one, inspected the site and products, and questioned and discussed the specific details to form the acceptance opinion.
The expert group fully affirmed the measures taken by the project team as well as the enterprises in promoting the project construction, the guarantee provided and the results achieved.They unanimously agreed that the research content is in line with the needs of the current industry, the research results are relatively rich, the acceptance materials are complete, and all the indexes have met the requirements of the project mission statement, and passed the unanimous acceptance of the projects.
