According to the requirements of Fujian Province-Indonesia Marine Food Joint Development and Research Center’s 2023 Open Research Projects Notice, after individual declaration, expert evaluation, and validation by the Academic Committee of the R&D Center, Preparation of Antifreeze Peptide of Seafood and Its Regulation Mechanism on Frozen Deterioration of Minced Fish and other 8 projects are approved as the R&D Center’s 2023 open fund projects, which are hereby announced.

Leaders of the approved projects may download and fill in the Open Fund Project Charter and submit its electronic version to the Center’s email (fimf@fpnu.edu.cn) before November 9. Your support is sincerely appreciated!
