From December 27 to 29, the 6th International Food and Health Conference was held in Fuzhou, and Professor Xiang Leiwen, Director of the R&D Center, was invited to attend the conference, preside and give a presentation.
The conference was held online and offline by Fuzhou University. The conference invited many distinguished experts and scholars from China, Singapore, USA, UK, Canada, Spain, Japan and other countries, as well as PhD students from many overseas universities. There were three venues for topic report, youth forum and international graduate student forum. Zhu Beiwei, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of the School of Food Science and Technology of Dalian Polytechnic University, Ren Fazheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of the College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering of China Agricultural University, Shan Yang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and president of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Zhou Weibiao, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Singapore, of the International Academy of Food Sciences, and director of the Department of Food Science and Engineering of the National University of Singapore, Yang Huanghao, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Fuzhou University, and more than 20 renowned experts and scholars in the field of food science were invited to attend the conference as guest speakers. The conference focused on the theme of Food Science and Human Health, and conducted comprehensive, multi-faceted and in-depth academic exchanges, promoting academic exchanges and cooperation in food science and human health research.
