On November 24, 2022, the acceptance meeting of Fujian provincial regional development project “Development and Industrialization of Soup Mix Packets for Self-Heating Rice” (2018N3009) was held at Fujian Honglu Foods Co., Ltd. The project is jointly undertaken by Fujian Honglu Foods Co., Ltd., Fuzhou University, and Fujian Polytechnic Normal University. Professor Xiang Leiwen, Director of the R&D Center, is the technical leader. The experts attending the meeting were Professor Weng Wuyin from Jimei University, Researcher He Shengsheng from Longyan Institute of Agricultural Science, Professor Zheng Yimei from school of Biological Science and Biotechnology of Minnan Normal University, Professor Dai Congjie from Quanzhou Normal University, Professor Chen Qing, Senior Accountant from Fujian Provincial Library, and Professor Chen Baoming, Senior Accountant from Fujian Provincial Academy of Building Science Co., Ltd. Participants also included key members of the project team.

The expert group paid close attention to the project team's report on the project and the main results achieved, carefully reviewed the declaration materials, inspected the site and products, conducted questioning and discussion, and formed acceptance opinions.

The expert group fully affirmed the measures taken by the project team and the enterprise in promoting the construction of the project, the guarantee provided and the results achieved, and shared the view that the research meets the needs of current industry, the research results are profound, the acceptance materials are complete, and the indicators have reached the requirements of the project mission statement, coming to an agreement on the acceptance of the project.
