Recently, the project "Research on Key Technology in the Application of Plant-based Fat Substitutes in Quick-Frozen Food" by Chen Wentao, member of the R&D Center and Professor of School of Food and Bioengineering of FPNU, was approved establishment with funding of 600,000 RMB by Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Program (Industry-University-Research).
