Establish a joint R&D center. Fujian-Indonesia Joint Research and Development Center for Marine Food has been jointly established by FPNU, Bogor Agricultural University, and other universities in Indonesia. The Center has been approved as a "Belt and Road" foreign cooperation science and technology innovation platform in Fujian Province.

Set up a think tank. The "China-Indonesia Industry Cooperation Research Center" was set up, with 18 university-level research projects launched in the initial phase.

Develop a batch of cooperative relationships. FPNU have signed cooperation agreements with ten universities or organizations in Indonesia to establish a diversified framework for cooperation with Indonesia.

Prepare a major in Indonesian language. The course, Indonesian language, was launched in March 2022, with 170 students and nearly 30 teachers participating in the course. And FPNU is actively applying for the first Indonesian language undergraduate program in Fujian province.

Build a team of foreign specialists. At present, FPNU has recruited two Indonesian foreign teachers, nine adjunct professors or visiting researchers in economics, industry, science and technology, literature and other disciplines. In addition, many Indonesian high-level food and language teaching professionals have expressed their employment intentions with FPNU.
