On May 28th, the College of Biological Science and Engineering of Fuzhou University held the 3rd Graduate Academic Forum. Professor Xiang Leiwen, the director of Fujian Province-Indonesia Marine Food Joint Research and Development Center attended the forum as a guest of honor and judge. The forum featured 6 sessions of expert reports and 29 sessions of student reports, over 200 teachers and students joined the forum.
Professor Xiang took his participation as a foreign expert in the exchange of scientific achievements and presented the progress and the latest results of the project, the Impact of Maillard Reaction on the Status And Toxicity of Acrylamide in Food to the attendees.
