On the afternoon of 27 January 2026, FPNU jointly held a plaque-presentation ceremony for the practical teaching base with Fujian Tianma Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., concurrently conducting specialised enterprise visits and job expansion activities. The event was jointly organised by FPNU and the School of Qiaoxing Economics and Management. Attendees included Xiang Leiwen, Deputy Party Secretary of Party Committee (presiding over the work) of the university, Huang Dihui, Cadre on Attachment, Chen Huimin, the Director of the Food Science and Engineering major and Huang Xiaozhou, Deputy Director of this major; counsellor Li Shuanghai, alongside Lin Wei, Deputy Party Secretary (presiding over the work) of the School of Qiaoxing Economics and Management, and other relevant faculty members. The Vice President of Tianma Technology Group, Shi Huihong, led the head of company’s Human Resources Centre in extending a warm welcome and participating throughout the whole proceedings.

During the symposium, Secretary Xiang first outlined the university’s recent achievements and distinctive approaches to talent cultivation, expressing aspirations for establishing more comprehensive and in-depth collaborative relationships with the Group in scientific research, talent development, internships, employment, and so on. Lecturer Li Shuanghai subsequently provided a detailed overview of the Class of 2026 graduates’ collective profile and disciplinary strengths, extending a sincere invitation for the Group to offer more high-quality positions and practical opportunities to graduates. Vice President Shi Huihong extended heartfelt gratitude to the university for the outstanding talents it has been providing over a long time and highly commending the performance and development potential demonstrated by previous graduates within the enterprise. He elaborated on the company’s current strategic direction and talent requirements, expressing hope that the establishment of the practical teaching base would serve as a new starting point for deeper collaboration in areas such as targeted training, technological R&D, student internships, and employment. He welcomed more exceptional students to join the Group.

Under the qitness of all the attendees, both sides conducted a simple yet solemn plaque-presentation ceremony for the “ (Practice Base)”, which signifies the further consolidation and elevation of the university-enterprise strategic partnership. This enterprise visit and job expansion initiative, coupled with the base designation, not only establishes a high-caliber employment platform for our graduates but also lays a solid foundation for innovating talent cultivation models and advancing the close integration of industry, academia, research, and application. Both parties unanimously affirmed their commitment to strengthening communication and coordination in the future, aiming to achieve resource sharing, complementary strengths, and mutually beneficial development.
