From June 26th to 28th, 2025, the 8th International Conference on Food and Health was held in Fuzhou, China. Prof. Xiang Leiwen, the director of R&D center was invited to attend the conference to preside over it and give a report.

The conference was hosted by Fuzhou University, setting up “keynote speech”, “youth forum” and “international graduate forum” three conference halls. Over 300 experts and scholars from countries such as China, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and Singapore gathered to have in-depth exchanges on themes such as the intelligent development of food technology, the updating of comprehensive health industry driven by AI and the reconstruction of future healthy diet pattern.
