To enhance communication between schools and enterprises, advance technological innovation and talent cultivation in the industry, and to open up a broader practical space and employment prospects for students, on the morning of 26th March, 2025, FPNU held an enterprise forum with Beiqi (Fujian) Foods Co. Ltd. in room 412, Building 6. Professor Xiang Leiwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of FPNU (presiding), Personnel from Beqi (Fujian) Foods Co., Ltd. such as Jiang Linqing, Head of Technical Matching, Cao Fanghua, Manager of Personnel Department, and Counsellor of Class 2021, Su Zhichen attended this forum.

At the meeting, Prof. Xiang Leiwen, gave a detailed introduction to the scientific research achievements of FPNU as well as the talent cultivation mode. He emphasized that our university has always been aiming at cultivating high-quality talents to meet the development needs of the industry. During the in-depth discussion, the two sides exchanged views on the optimization of talent cultivation programs, the promotion of scientific research cooperation projects, the construction of student internship bases, the employment of graduates and other key issues. The two sides also reached a preliminary cooperation intention on joint scientific research projects and other aspects, together cultivating more excellent talents for the progress of the industry and empowering the high-quality development of it.

The success of this forum has further deepened the mutual understanding between our university and enterprises and built a good platform for the deep collaboration between the two sides in talent training, scientific research innovation and other fields.
