Recently, the paper Effects of Stigmasterol on 3-Chloropropane-1,2-diol Fatty Acid Esters and Aldehydes Formation in Heated Soybean Oil was published in Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (IF=6.1, SCI I Zone), with Dr. Zhao Yueliang of Shanghai Ocean University as the corresponding author and Fujian Province-Indonesia Marine Food Joint R&D Center as the co-first signatory unit.
