Recently, the paper Development of Electrospun Fish Ggelatin Film containing Lauroyl Arginate Ethyl and Its Application in Large Yellow Croaker (Pseudosciaena Crocea) Preservation, of which Dr. Zhao Yueliang of Shanghai Ocean University was the corresponding author and the first phase open project of Fujian Province-Indonesia Marine Food Joint R&D Center (project name: Preparation of Electrospun Cyclodextrin/Plant Essential Oil Fiber Film and Its Application in Seawater Fish Preservation, project number: Y1-KF2203) was the only supporting fund, was published in Food Control (IF=6.0, SCI 1 Zone).
