On the afternoon of June 21, China-Indonesia “Two Countries, Twin Parks” Project Online Promotion Conference was held in JD YuanHong Food Digital Economy Industry Center. The conference was hosted by China Chamber of Commerce of Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-Products (CFNA), China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), and China Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia, sponsored by Fujian Polytechnic Normal University, Fujian JD Yuanhong Cloud Computing Co., Ltd, Fuqing Branch of China Mobile Communications Fujian Group Co., Ltd, and Fujian Topwe Law Firm, and organized by the Administration Committee of Fuqing Function Zone, Fuzhou New District and FuZhou Yuanhong Trading Group Co., Ltd. At this conference, four industrial parks, including Fuzhou Yuanhong Investment Zone (China), Bintan Industrial Estate (Indonesia), Aviarna Industrial Estate (Indonesia) and Badung Industrial Estate (Indonesia), as well as 15 organizations including Indonesia Marine Fishery Center, JD Yuanhong Food Digital Economy Industry Center, Argo Manunggal Group (Indonesia), and Yuanhongfeng International Food Trading Center, have promoted the projects. Liu Lirong, Vice Director of Office of International Cooperation and Exchange of FPNU, Associate Professor Shi Yuande and Teacher Yu Binglan of Fujian Province-Indonesia Marine Food Joint R&D Center attended the conference.As a provincial industry-university-research platform under the “Belt and Road” Initiative, the R&D Center has been devoting itself in driving the “Two Countries, Twin Parks” Project and providing services and support for promoting cooperation between enterprises of China and Indonesia. And it was the provider of simultaneous interpretation and other technical support for this conference.
At the conference, FPNU was invited to present a newly made English trailer of the University to the attendees at home and abroad. The trailer highlights Fujian Province-Indonesia Marine Food Joint R&D Center, one of science and technology innovation platforms for Fujian’s international collaboration under the Belt and Road Initiative that was co-founded by FPNU, Indonesia’s Bogor Agricultural University and IPMI International Business School, as well as FPNU’s plan to enroll overseas students, displaying a vivid picture of the brand new FPNU to the attendees.
